There Is No Political Solution

Download the audio here.

There are many apparently well-intentioned Christians today who are promoting certain forms of political activism, wishing to reform the government of this once-great republic, and to turn it back to the interests of its natural-born citizens. For this reason we see and hear of demonstrations, “tea parties”, appeals to the original Constitution of the nation, and even state secessions, civil war and armed insurrection. Yet none of this is Scriptural, and indeed, the parasite-infested carcass that was once our body of government certainly cannot ever be reformed. While surely it is possible that the schemers on Wall Street may be able to breathe some new life into the beast, and keep its heart beating awhile longer, the final outcome is nevertheless inevitable, and Babylon shall fall.

Yes, Babylon. The root of the word means confusion, and while surely that is all that we get from our government today, the correlation is much deeper than that. Here are the telltale signs that our Western governments are indeed under the spell and control of the enigma which the Bible calls “Mystery Babylon”:

Disdaining the Culture of Fear

Disdaining The Culture of Fear

There are extant accounts from the tenth century - over a thousand years ago - that many Christians thought the end of the age would come with the end of the first millennium. Actually, there were dozens of times during the first thousand years from the birth of Christ that such predictions came and went. Other popular dates for the end of the world were 1666 and 1715. The year 1715 was actually conjectured by a man as brilliant as Isaac Newton himself, for it was found in one of his notebooks. (See http://www.bible.ca/pre-date-setters.htm or a copy of the text at Once Predicted End-Times Dates.) In the 19th century a certain preacher who was an early leader of the “Seventh-Day Adventist” cult made a series of predictions, based on certain interpretations of numbers found in the Bible, claiming that the return of Yahshua Christ and the end of this wicked age would transpire in 1844. Needless to say, today, a hundred and sixty-six years later, we are still waiting. Yet many other cults have made similar predictions since then, and they have all gone by the wayside, while few call the leaders of those cults into account – and those calls are almost always ignored.

Dumbest Quotes

Dumbest quote seen in all of 2009:

On the Forum at Christogenea.org, in a post by a guy calling himself Dan, dated October 16th:

"I also believe Noah's wife, whom he took onto the ark, was a Serpent Seed, but, that she was NOT the mother of his three son Shem, Ham and Japheth."

Well Dan, this is DUMB. You are also accusing Noah, who was chosen by Yahweh because he was NOT a race-mixer, of BEING a race-mixer!!! How are you not a blasphemer?

Faith??? What Faith???

In answer to recent heretics who have divided themselves into a new sect, which we will describe as "Materialist Identity", or perhaps "Prosperity Identity", and who have even accused us of having no faith, because we refuse to believe in their dreams or their so-called "law of attraction":

If John Kennedy were a pastor rather than a President, he may have said “Ask not what God can do for you, ask what you can do for your people”, and that would be a fair assessment of Yahshua Christ’s own instructions to His disciples. Before you can criticize the faith of others, you must consider this: What have you ever really done on behalf of your people, and not on behalf of yourselves?

On Biblical Exegesis

Constantly confronted with what I believe to be poor interpretations of Scripture, people often take it personally when I disagree with them. This essay will, I hope, present what I believe are the most reliable methods for interpreting the Bible, and reflect the methods that I have endeavored to employ in my translations, my essays, and all of my studies.

All too often, interpretations of Scripture are offered where it is obvious that verses are taken out-of-context, meaning that the related statements in the rest of Scripture have not been thoroughly considered when an opinion concerning a passage in question was first formulated. If we can accept Scripture as the inspired Word of Yahweh our God, then we must realize that no passage of Scripture can be taken out of context and understood apart from all of the others, and also that no two passages of Scripture can conflict with one another. Where two passages seem to conflict, it is evident that the understanding of the person who notices the conflict is at fault, and not either of the passages of Scripture.

Paul Bashers: A Line in the Sand

A Line in the Sand

It is the clear and Scriptural responsibility of Christians not to suffer evil, to reject blasphemers, slanderers and anti-Christs, and every patently false doctrine. Surely we can disagree about the little things, but there are some things which I for my part simply cannot tolerate.  Yet a lot of people in the Christian Israel Identity movement have treated the Paul-bashers who claim to be Christian Identity adherents with kid gloves, and even as peers.  They do so even while these Paul-bashers slander every Christian Israel Identity pastor or writer who defends Paul, and they slander them with impunity.

But most importantly, the Paul-bashers are relentless at slandering Paul of Tarsus.  No true Christian should stand for this.  Clifton Emahiser, Eli James and  myself, along with many other Israel Identity pastors and teachers, have long fought against the Paul-bashers, while many other Identity Pastors have coddled them, or have tried to stay neutral.  This has greatly assisted the resolve of the Paul-bashers.  Now I must ask this:  is that the Christian attitude?

Prove All Things

Christians have a clear scriptural obligation to substantiate the things which they profess. The apostle Paul admonishes us to “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good”, while the apostle John further warns us to “believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world” (1 Thessalonians 5:21 , 1 John 4:1). Therefore the proper acquisition of that proof requires an examination of both the message and the messenger.

The Valid Christian Ministry

Certain Christian Identity adherents have now and again come to the conclusion that they are tired of hearing about the issue of race, and that they want to concentrate on so-called spiritual things, imagining what life may be in the Kingdom of Heaven, and what our future is with our God. This attitude is not a good strategy. While we certainly should all be engaged in prayer and have our sights set upon the hope to come, we are still in the battle stage of our existence here in this life on earth, and this is where Yahweh our God wants us to be, otherwise we would not be here at all. In fact, Yahweh God did not preserve the Canaanites that the children of Israel may fantasize about how wonderful life may be without them. Rather, Yahweh preserved them “Only that the generations of the children of Israel might know, to teach them war” (Judges 3:2). Yet in spite of this, throughout scripture salvation is promised to the children of Israel.

Scatterers and Gatherers

This article has been expanded for a talk given on October 30th, 2016, by William Finck which is available here: Fellowship of God's Covenant People - Scatterers and Gatherers

Yahshua Christ links three concepts in Matthew chapter 12, which are scattering and gathering, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, and good and bad trees. From the King James Version: “30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. 31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. 33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.”

Hal Lindsey, Eli James [Mr. 2012], and now Harold Camping. They all think they're prophets, and they are all fools. Fools unless it is true that their purpose is actually to discredit Christianity. They all have their own personal end-of-the-world dates set in the name of Christianity, but none of these men actually speak for Christ Himself!
